How to write a fieldwork or activity report
1. Title of the report
2. Story/Field Report By: Name of the person i.e. Stephen K. Cheboi- The NGO Council/GPO.
3. Choose a topic based on the report/ assignment.
4. Conduct a research to ascertain facts.
5. Write a thesis statement.
6. Prepare an outline.
7. Write a rough draft of the report/activity report.
8. Revise and edit your report to ensure it is accurate and factual.
9. Support your report with pictures/pictorials.
10. Proofread again and check for mistakes in case there is any.
11. Post/publicize your report.

NB: stages are involved in writing a report: 1) planning your work; 2)  collecting your information; 3) organizing and structuring your information; 4) writing the first draft; 5)  checking,re-drafting, and publishing your report in the website, WhatsApp groups email or other provided platform.
