What they do.

Kayole Starlet is a women football club which was established in the year2008 it is registered under CBO. The main aim of the club was to empower women, maturing talents and also providing education where it has partnered with the teachers training college where they have atleast twelve teachers.

Projects.
The team has empowered the women through making and selling of liquid soap where they sell them to the other football teams when they meet for games.
They have also built a borehole which their aim is to supply the water near to residential areas so that they can sell it and be able to provide for the women in the team.
The women football team has also engaged in community clean ups where they have partnered with different teams to clean around the streets of kayole and unclogging clogged drainage systems this has ensured the wellness and wellbeing of those around. This is also SDG 3.
The women team has also engaged itself in activities which have contributed to the decarbonization of the atmosphere at large, such as planting trees in schools such as the Mwangaza Primary School and Komarock Primary School.

Challenges.
The women football team has faced several challenges which these include:
i)Inavalability of sanitary pads -the women footbal club has faced this challenge which this has been contributed greatly by the insufficient  funds to support them in acquiring this essential item.
ii)The inavalability of enough tools to clean the community such as spades and gloves-due to the incoming El Nino rains, they are likely to be affected negatively cosidering their training field which will be muddy and watery due to the rains.
iii)The team also faces a challenge of transport where it is somehow difficult for them to move from place to place when they need to attend games.
